You may have to place this png file inside your Beamng.drive installation folder inside steam\steamapps\common\beamng.drive somewhere to get it to import :x It's finicky at times. A lot of what I see in that video is done by someone with a keyboard and a controller next to them. Its 2 player controlled vehicles, not ai.
